Beware of Fraudulent Hiring Communications

We have recently become aware of fraudulent job postings and recruiting messages circulating on LinkedIn and via email that misuse our company name and misrepresent our employees. These communications are not legitimate and do not originate from CFC.

Please note:

  • CFC will never extend job offers without direct interaction with our recruiting team.
  • CFC will not conduct hiring exclusively via text messages or personal email accounts.
  • CFC does not mail checks, request deposits or ask candidates to purchase equipment or training as part of any pre-employment process.
  • CFC will always contact hiring prospects from an email address ending with our legitimate domain: @nrucfc.coop.

If you believe you’ve been contacted regarding a suspicious job opportunity claiming to be from CFC, please do not share any personal or financial information.

CFC is actively working with LinkedIn and other relevant parties to address this issue.
