Advancing Leaders Program
FC is excited to launch a new advancement program with GreatCo-Ops focused on preparing the next generation of cooperative executives for leadership. This two-day program focuses on vision, self-reflection and team management. Space is limited and registrations will be accepted via nomination from your cooperative’s CEO. This program has been designed for direct reports to the CEO such as vice presidents and executive staff.

The training is structured for various skill levels: Basic (Level 1) and Intermediate (Level 2).
CFC is proud to offer the Key Ratio Trend Analysis (KRTA) Certificate Program. CFC has published KRTA—an annual report that tracks the median value of 145 financial and operational ratios for participating electric distribution cooperatives over the previous five years—since 1975.
KRTA Level 1 is always available online through CFC Academy.
