Executive Leadership Series: Empowering CFO Growth in Electric Cooperatives
CFC is proud to announce a new training for CFOs who have been in their role for 1–3 years. Launching in May, this new addition to the Executive Leadership Series focuses on critical financial tools and leadership skills that will help CFOs succeed. Look out for additional information and a registration link in January 2025 to take advantage of this brand new opportunity.

Executive Leadership Series: CEO Development Program
This program is for new cooperative CEOs to equip them with the skills, tools, mindset and network to be more effective cooperative leaders. Offered free of charge to CEOs with three or fewer years of CEO experience, this three-day program will focus on helping the participants:
- Better understand their leadership strengths and opportunities for growth.
- Build a high-performance culture.
- Develop and lead their cooperative’s executive team.
- Foster a productive relationship with the board.
- Manage risks to ensure the cooperative’s goals are achieved.
- Develop a nationwide network of peers and seasoned CEOs.

Executive Leadership Series: Harvard Certificate Program
Developed exclusively for CEOs, this unique training opportunity aims to arm leaders with insights on self-leadership, agile teams, change management and data strategies to enable them to be more effective cooperative leaders. This program has been curated to focus on key leadership issues, delivered by experts in the Harvard community. Participants will earn a certificate of completion from Harvard DCE Professional & Executive Development. Please note that this opportunity is free of charge, invitation only and nontransferable.

KRTA Certificate Program
CFC is proud to offer the Key Ratio Trend Analysis (KRTA) Certificate Program. CFC has published KRTA—an annual report that tracks the median value of 145 financial and operational ratios for participating electric distribution cooperatives over the previous five years—since 1975.
KRTA Level 1 is always available online through CFC Academy.
