NCSC Members Are Invited To Attend Forum in Indiana

CFC Forum is a premier industry event addressing the issues and challenges facing rural utilities. Open to all NCSC members at no charge, Forum provides exceptional in-person opportunities for industry leaders. Held June 17–19 at the JW Marriott Indianapolis, attendees will be able to network and hear from best-in-class speakers and industry experts.

This year’s agenda includes dynamic and prominent thought leaders who will address critical issues, challenges and opportunities for rural utilities. General and breakout sessions will feature customized content from distinguished experts.

NTCA CEO Shirley Bloomfield will moderate a panel on creating successful broadband partnerships between rural telecommunications and electric providers. Participants include NineStar Connect in Indiana, West Carolina Tel in South Carolina and CTC in Minnesota.

Attendees will also enjoy these booked keynote speakers:

  • Willie Robertson, star of “Duck Dynasty,” will share his family’s story of entrepreneurship and dedication.
  • Ian Bremmer, president and founder of Eurasia Group and GZERO Media and TIME magazine foreign affairs editor-at-large, will discuss geopolitical risks and the world at large.
  • Sportswriter and author John Feinstein will sit down with University of Kansas men’s basketball Head Coach Bill Self to discuss leadership and lessons learned on and off the court.
  • Kirk Lippold, commander of the USS Cole at the time of a terrorist attack, shows how preparedness and safety matter to your success.
  • Bret Baier, chief political anchor at Fox News, and presidential advisers and strategists Karl Rove and David Axelrod join us to provide their perspectives on what’s happening in Washington and the issues surrounding the 2024 election.

Pre-conference workshops begin on June 16 and the annual business meetings for CFC, Federated Rural Electric Insurance Exchange and NCSC will take place Monday, June 17. The annual meeting schedule in the agenda can be viewed on the registration page.
