Annual Meeting Mail Ballots Due June 8

NCSC will hold its 45th Annual Membership Meeting on June 15 in Chula Vista, California, in conjunction with CFC Forum 2026. Telecom voting members will elect a Class T director in District 2. 

On April 16, NCSC staff mailed a packet of information about the meeting along with candidate profiles and mail ballots to all voting members. Completed ballots must be received at NCSC headquarters by June 8 to be counted. 

The following slate of candidates is on the ballot for the 2026 election:

• District 2:
  • Jason Dandridge, CEO, Palmetto Rural Telephone Cooperative (SC).
  • Carlton Lewis, CEO, Horry Telephone Cooperative (SC). 

The meeting will include the election as well as an address from NCSC Board President Steve Rhodes, CEO of Choctawhatchee Electric Cooperative (CHELCO) in Florida. 

Michael Carbonaro, star and executive producer of the hit truTV series “The Carbonaro Effect,” will take the Forum stage later that day as the NCSC Annual Meeting speaker. Carbonaro will blend his mind-bending magic with humor and audience interaction to create an unforgettable experience.
