A New Look Is Coming for NCSC, Capital Connections

When you open the July issue of Capital Connections, you may notice a few changes. In conjunction with a new name and rebranding for NCSC that will be launched at CFC Forum in June, this publication will debut a refreshed look. 

The change reflects how our organization continues to grow and adapt to better serve the rural utility community.

While the publication’s appearance will evolve, its purpose will not. Readers can continue to expect timely insights, relevant financing updates and stories focused on the needs and priorities of rural telecom providers.
