Annual Meeting Set for Chula Vista; Look for Mail Ballots in April

NCSC will hold its 45th Annual Membership Meeting on June 15 in Chula Vista, California, in conjunction with CFC Forum 2026. Telecom voting members will elect a Class T director in District 2. Candidate solicitation letters were mailed to District 2 members in early February, with nominations due March 10.

A Nominating Committee has approved the following slate of candidates for the 2026 election:

  • Jason Dandridge, CEO, Palmetto Rural Telephone Cooperative (SC).
  • Carlton Lewis, CEO, Horry Telephone Cooperative (SC).

All voting members will receive a packet of meeting information by mail in mid-April. The packet will include candidate profiles and mail‑in ballots. To be counted, completed ballots must be received at NCSC headquarters by June 8.

The meeting will include the election as well as an address from NCSC Board President Steve Rhodes, CEO of Choctawhatchee Electric Cooperative (CHELCO) in Florida.

Later that day, Michael Carbonaro, star and executive producer of the hit truTV series “The Carbonaro Effect,” will take the Forum stage as the NCSC Annual Meeting speaker. Carbonaro will blend his mind-bending magic with humor and audience interaction to create an unforgettable experience.
