Developed exclusively for CEOs, this unique training opportunity aims to arm leaders with insights on change readiness, decision making, visionary leadership and AI to enable them to be more effective cooperative leaders. Participants will earn a certificate of completion from Duke University Fuqua School of Business Executive Education. CFPC, an intensive, two-part finance program for senior and mid-level finance and accounting staff, is a collaborative program between CFC and the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA).

Advancing Leaders Program
FC is excited to launch a new advancement program with GreatCo-Ops focused on preparing the next generation of cooperative executives for leadership. This two-day program focuses on vision, self-reflection and team management. Space is limited and registrations will be accepted via nomination from your cooperative’s CEO. This program has been designed for direct reports to the CEO such as vice presidents and executive staff.

Executive Leadership Series: Harvard Certificate Program
Developed exclusively for CEOs, this unique training opportunity aims to arm leaders with insights on self-leadership, agile teams, change management and data strategies to enable them to be more effective cooperative leaders. Executive Leadership Series: CEO Development Program with the University of Idaho
The CEO Development Program is part of CFC’s Executive Leadership Series. Hosted in partnership with University of Idaho Executive Education, this program equips new cooperative CEOs with the skills, tools, mindset and network to be more effective cooperative leaders. Offered free of charge to newer CEOs, this three-day program will focus on helping participants:
- Better understand the trends shaping the energy landscape and how to address them.
- Build a high-performance culture.
- Foster a productive relationship with the board.
- Manage risks to ensure the cooperative’s goals are achieved.
- Develop a nationwide network of peers and seasoned CEOs.

KRTA Certificate Program
CFC is proud to offer the Key Ratio Trend Analysis (KRTA) Certificate Program. CFC has published KRTA—an annual report that tracks the median value of 145 financial and operational ratios for participating electric distribution cooperatives over the previous five years—since 1975.
KRTA Level 1 is always available online through CFC Academy.
