The first week of May, NCSC staff mailed a packet of information about the meeting along with candidate profiles and mail ballots to all voting members. Completed ballots must be received at NCSC headquarters by June 23 to be counted. Voting delegates can also cast ballots on-site.

The following candidate is on the ballot for the 2025 election:

  • District 4: Jimmy Todd, chief executive officer and general manager, Rural Telephone Service Company (Nex-Tech) (KS).

The meeting will include the election and an address from NCSC Board President Cozy Nelsen, CEO of Guthrie County Rural Electric Cooperative Association in Iowa.
