Energy and Data Analyst

Chris Whittle is an energy and data analyst in CFC’s Utility Research & Policy team, specializing in the study of cooperative operations and wholesale energy and power markets. Whittle leverages data analytics and strong technical expertise to help educate electric cooperatives on the current complexities in the industry.

Prior to joining CFC, Whittle worked as an analyst for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) in the Division of Energy Market Assessments’ Natural Gas group. There, Whittle specialized in the study of natural gas markets and assisted FERC in the creation of natural gas related research projects, both to support internal decision-making and for public use.

Whittle holds a Master of Science in applied economics and a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
