NCSC is operated through a management agreement with the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation (CFC). Under the agreement, CFC provides staff and consulting services to NCSC, including administrative services and credit support. CFC also serves as transaction manager for NCSC transactions, following policies and guidelines established by the NCSC Board of Directors. NCSC reimburses CFC for its cost of providing these services.
